I’m Farhan — British-born Business Psychologist, Principal Consultant, and a driving force behind leadership transformation across the Middle East. For over 15 years, I’ve partnered with global corporations, government entities, and regional businesses to redefine how talent is assessed, developed, and empowered.
My work blends deep psychological science with real-world business acumen. I’m an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS), HCPC-registered, and a keynote speaker at major conferences. Whether I’m advising a board on CEO succession or shaping national resilience frameworks, I bring clarity, structure, and impact to every conversation.
